Red Swan Episode 4
Red Swan Episode 4 begins, Seo Do-Yoon secretly gets security footage from Hwain Group. Firstly he escapes Chairwoman Park Mi-Ran’s security. Kim Yong-Guk, heir to Hwain Group, warns Do-Yoon to stay out of his marriage issues with Oh Wan-Soo. Do-Yoon is determined to bring down the conglomerate.
Finally back in his room, Do-Yoon reviews the CCTV footage. It shows Yong-Guk giving money to security head Park Kyeong-Ju, who then hands it to a Manila gang. Do-Yoon suspects the large amount of money is for more than just a simple task.
Then Wan-Soo spends time in her late son Chan-Hee’s room. But he instructs the maid to keep it locked. Mi-Ran and her aide plot to remove Wan-Soo from the NOW Foundation and replace her with her brother. Wan-Soo fights back by spreading rumors of Yong-Guk’s illegitimate child with Jang Tae-Ra.
Amid the rumors, Tae-Ra asks Wan-Soo for a press interview. Wan-Soo decides to hold a press conference instead. She reveals the child is not Yong-Guk’s but the late Chairman’s.
After the conference, Kyeong-Ju confronts Do-Yoon for not protecting Wan-Soo well enough. Tae-Ra moves into the Hwain Group residence with her son, despite Wan-Soo’s objections.
Red Swan Episode 4 Ending Explained
During a nighttime run, Wan-Soo tells Do-Yoon about her mission from the late Chairman. She shares her concerns about internal threats. She also reveals her mother’s critical health condition, which deeply affects Do-Yoon.
Finally the episode ends with Wan-Soo, her brother, and Do-Yoon visiting a psychiatric hospital. Wan-Soo meets her mother alone and breaks down emotionally. The scene ends with Do-Yoon entering the room, leaving viewers in suspense about what will happen next.

Do-Yoon plans to take down the conglomerate. He sees Yong-Guk giving money to Park Kyeong-Ju. Wan-Soo locks her late son’s room. Mi-Ran tries to replace Wan-Soo as NOW Foundation director. Wan-Soo exposes Yong-Guk’s affair. She organizes a press conference and reveals the illegitimate child is of Chairman Kim Duo. Wan-Soo finds her mother in a psychiatric hospital. The episode ends with Wan-Soo screaming for her mother.
