Episode 7 Sweet Home Season 3 begins with Chi-seong warning Jae-jin about a hit on him. Jae-jin, predicting that Sang-won will kill Chi-seong when he’s no longer useful, destroys the generator in anger. This plunges the area into darkness, allowing the Crow Platoon to execute their escape plan. Jae-jin disguises himself as human and joins them.
Chan-young separates from the group to find Ye-seul, who tries to shoot herself among the infected. He stops her, but they get lost and encounter Ja-young. Meanwhile, Sang-won and Chi-seong bring Lim and Yi-su to a bonfire. Sang-won extracts a vial from Lim’s stomach and destroys it before pushing Lim into the fire. Sang-won then kills Chi-seong, as Jae-jin predicted, and walks into the fire to possess Yi-su.
Eun-hyuk and Hyun-su reach the abandoned stadium and split up. Sang-won, in Yi-su’s body, confronts Hyun-su and leads him away. Monster Yeong-su recognizes Eun-hyuk and helps him find Sang-won. The humans reach the final point before the exit. Kim gives Ji-na her medicine and encourages her. Peter realizes Seon-hwa is missing and rushes back to find her praying in a church. Infected Gi-chun appears and begins to monsterize, but Peter beats him until Seon-hwa calls him Yeong-jun.
A flashback reveals Seon-hwa and Peter (Yeong-jun) driving to the center when she crashes the car, causing Peter to get hurt. Back at the exit, Tak monsterizes and runs towards the stadium but spots Jae-jin behind Ha-ni. Kim misunderstands and pushes Tak away, causing him to explode in an empty spot. Tak transforms into a static frost monster, and Kim tears up.

Episode 7 Sweet Home Season 3, Sang-won takes Hyun-su to the bonfire and mocks him. Hyun-su realizes Sang-won has possessed Yi-su. Inside her mind, Sang-won attacks Hyun-su mentally. Eun-hyuk arrives and stabs Yi-su, breaking the mental torture. Hyun-su stops Eun-hyuk from killing Sang-won, hoping to save Yi-su. However, Sang-won reveals he is not alone, and all of Yi-su’s minions attack, ending the episode on a cliffhanger.
