Nam Yoon Su and Ryu Hye Young lead the cast of the new thriller Killing Time, joined by Kim Seung Hee, Bae Myung Jin, Lee Gyu Hyun, Ji Soo Yeon, and Oh Min Soo. Filming started on October 18, and the movie is set to release in 2025.
On October 25, Nam Yoon Su and Ryu Hye Young were confirmed as leads in the thriller Killing Time. The drama follows a team shaken by a member’s death during a broadcast of their scandalous show, Killing Time. To regain popularity, the team makes a risky choice that could have dangerous consequences.

“Nam Yoon Su and Ryu Hye Young Lead Dark Thriller Killing Time with High Stakes and Intense Drama”
In Killing Time, Nam Yoon Su stars as Joo Won, a driven production director constantly seeking shocking content to boost the show’s success. Ryu Hye Young plays Yeon Woo, a hopeful actress who gains fame by joining Killing Time after her previous attempts at acting fail. However, the sudden death of a team member deeply affects her, leaving her traumatized.
Directed by Jang Joon Yeop, known for Disappearance and After Summer, the film promises suspense and dark drama. Nam Yoon Su recently returned to K-dramas in Love in the Big City after a two-year break and is celebrated for his roles in Today’s Webtoon, The King’s Affection, and Beyond Evil.
Ryu Hye Young debuted in 2007 with the short film High School Girls and took her first drama role in Bad Guys in 2014. She gained popularity with her roles in the hit dramas Reply 1998 and Law School and was last seen in the 2023 drama Adult Kids.
