Episode 3
Episode 3 Sweet Home Season 3 begins with Eun-yu injecting Hyun-su with a lot of drugs until he passes out. At Bamsoeom, Kim discovers Eun-yhuk, badly burned and begging for death. Kim decides to take him along instead. Tak learns that Chief Ji gave up her son’s hiding place to protect the survivors because she wanted to save them from dying. Tak asks her to help the survivors escape from the Bamseom monsters.
Yi-kyung sneaks in and attacks Lim because she doesn’t believe Sang-won is alive. Sang-won appears and hides Lim to prove it to her. He tells her that after becoming a monster, he didn’t recognize her but was drawn to her, which is why he went to Green Home. Sang-won wants to take Mystery Girl as she is the perfect vessel. Yi-kyung, terrified, asks Lim how to kill Sang-won. Lim responds that only Hyun-su can.
Outside, Yeong-su talks to Mystery Girl and learns she doesn’t have a name. He suggests they create one together. Just then, Sang-won appears, introducing himself as her father, while Yi-kyung watches from a distance. Cheol-jong, who tried to kill her before, also recognizes her.
Meanwhile, Dong-jun and Jin-ho leave the comms center. Kim radios in but notices a black mark on Eun-hyuk’s neck. Eun-hyuk then slits his throat, and his body forms a cocoon, while a nearby monster bows to him, leaving Kim in shock.
Eun-yu plans to intercept Yi-kyung and live with her and Hyun-su. Monster Hyun-su wakes up and threatens Eun-yu, but she believes he can’t kill her because Human Hyun-su won’t allow it. They make a bet: Eun-yu has three days to bring back Human Hyun-su, or she loses him forever.
Episode 3 Sweet Home Season 3 Ending Explained
Episode 3 Sweet Home Season 3, Ha-ni mourns Ho-sung but promises to keep fighting. She joins Chan-young, Eun-yu, and Hyun-su. At the stadium, Sang-won pretends to bond with Mystery Girl, and Chi-seong tells Jae-jin to follow them as he doesn’t fully trust Sang-won.Ja-yeong receives the assignment to kill Kim.Seon-hwa tries to leave, but someone stops her and takes her to Peter. Peter then brings Seon-hwa to Jin-ok and Ye-seul. Ye-seul feels frustrated with Seon-hwa’s delusions and becomes upset with Ji for not apologizing.Ji gives Ye-seul the stadium blueprint for Tak before locking herself in the basement.
Monster Hyun-su causes trouble by cutting his hair and dressing up. Ha-ni struggles with withdrawals while Eun-yu goes to find herbs for her. Hyun-su talks with Chan-young about their feelings. They realize Eun-yu is missing, and Hyun-su goes to find her. Outside the woods, Sang-won asks Mystery Girl to show him how she controls monsters. She calls a huge mountain monster, ending the episode.
